- How do credits work?
- Each recording uses 100 credits per minute you record, counted in 6-second steps, so a 1:05 recording uses 110. That covers the narrated video and the written guide. You see the cost before anything is used, and a recording is only charged once: rewriting, re-voicing, editing and exporting it are free.
- What if processing fails?
- Press Try again. It doesn't use more credits, because each recording is only charged once.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- No. Your credits refill at the start of each billing month.
- What happens when I run out?
- Everything you've made stays in your library and you can keep editing and exporting it. New recordings are saved and wait until your credits refill. Or move to Pro for more each month.
- What do I get in my first 7 days?
- Everything in Pro: no Puradoc watermark, badge or footer, plus your brand kit. You use the Free plan's 1,000 credits. After 7 days you keep the Free plan and its tools, with Puradoc branding, and your credits still refill every month.
- Do I need a card for the Free plan?
- No. Sign up with your email or Google account and start recording.
- Can I change plans later?
